Private Lessons
Private lesson instruction is tailored to the skill level, goals, and learning pace of each individual. Unlike bar lessons, your instructor can correct technique in real time, design a personalized practice plan, and target specific weaknesses (timing, footwork, posture). Private lessons are ideal for fast progress, building confidence, and preparing for performances, weddings, or competitions.

Bar Lessons
Bar lessons are group classes held at a dance studio or country bar. These lessons aim to build knowledge and confidence for the average attendee seeking to improve their dancing for a low entree fee. Bar lessons are typically complimented by social dancing which has the added perk of showcasing your new dance skills as well as meeting new friends! Bar lessons are great for dancers who want to improve their dance knowledge and socialize without investing in private lessons.

*Note: We highly encourage people to try private lessons if you want to improve quickly. Bar lessons can only cover so much information so personalized instruction can be extremely efficient and helpful for a majority of dancers!

Workshops
While they can vary in difficulty, size, and structure, workshops are typically led by guest teachers or specialists. These lessons concentrate on a particular style, skill, or repertoire (e.g., spins, lifts, musicality). They expose dancers to new approaches and concepts, accelerate learning through focused repetition, and provide opportunities for in-depth instruction.

Online Courses
Pre-recorded classes allow for flexible scheduling and repeated review of material from the comfort of your own home. Online courses cover fundamental technique, timing, music theory, and partner dance combinations to spice up your dance arsenal. Visual demonstrations are cost-effective, accessible from anywhere, and useful for getting people started from the comfort of their own home.

*Note: Partner dancing can be very intricate and challenging to learn purely through online resources. We highly recommend you also seek in-person instruction to complement your at-home learning.
